Viktiga resultat som projektet gav

The purpose of the Strategic Project - Fintech Hub has been to identify the most important successfactors for the Fintech Hub to build a prosperous fintech ecosystem leveraging strong innovation and growth. The goal has been to interact with some of the most known, innovative and successful parties globally, involving hubs, ecosystems, academia and other stakeholders to secure access to best practice. The findings have been successfully integrated and Findec have already seen positive effects as a result of the project.

Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas

We have been nominated for three international awards during 2020. Implementation of successfactors with good results. Next step, evaluation on how to improve and integrate with businessplan for 21/22. Implementation and launch of the first batch in our Accellerator program Bonfire. Next step, launch of second batch in spring 2021. Delivered several cross innovation initiatives and by that, proved our idea of working with innovation with different stakeholders. Next step, is to continue with new cross innovation initiatives and offerings for fintechs, banks, industry and others.

Upplägg och genomförande

The project has been divided into different steps; a/ Research in ecosystems for fintech - Hubs, innovation, scale-up & growth. b/ Idea generation for Findec. - Target ideas and activities. - Involve stakeholders for verification and create new ideas. - Study trips and conferences with round table discussions and interviews. c. Identifying potential cooperations and partners. - Conceptualisation and verification plus continuous adjustments. - Proof of Concept. - Pilot opportunities, Resource allocation and Implementation
