PLUS has not been evaluated before so this is the first evaluation and it occurs during the last year of operation in this second stage. Furthermore Vinnova is no financial contributor to PLUS. The reason for PLUS to be evaluated by Vinnova is to “grade” its way of working and “rank” the scientific quality of its work. The evaluation is also seen as a contribution and help for the centre to focus ahead on 2010 and forward.
