Syfte och mål
Three digital companies, Dream Troopers AB - Cruncho, IBM Sweden - Watson and Sisyfos Digital AB meet to drive open innovation within online travel personalization. The aim of this collaboration is to share knowledge and expertise to build together an artificially intelligent trip planner for city explorers, thanks to cognitive computing and machine learning, while solving one of the trillion euros global travel industry biggest challenges: personalization.
Förväntade effekter och resultat
Our open innovation plaform will allow the production and testing of a first prototype able to package personal city discovery trip plans in just a few seconds and at the best price on the market. These personal trip plans should be the result of a match between users´ travel habits and personal interests with thousands of recommendations that Cruncho continuously collects for each city. This innovative product can potentially disrupt the way people prepare their trips and is of particular interest for municipalities, online travel agencies, hotel chains but also airports and airlines.
Planerat upplägg och genomförande
We plan to gather our teams of developers, data scientists, system architects, workshop facilitators and project managers together, and go through the following phases of the project: design thinking and architecture workshop, pre-production preparation, sprint 1 production/development, testing, sprint 2 production/development, testing and release. Various iterations and releases will follow after the end of the prototyping project.
