Syfte och mål

The outcomes of this project fulfill its goals. This project aimed to design and develop active porous materials with new structures and/or novel properties for economic and environment-friendly applications, under the collaboration between MMK, SU, in Sweden and LCS in France. This project also supported my career development and leadership training.

Resultat och förväntade effekter

1. Active porous materials have been developed with new structures and/or novel properties for economic and environment-friendly applications. Six articles with the related work have been published in scientific journals, and another two are in manuscript. 2. The collaboration between MMK and LCS which is highly specialized in fine characterization of heterogeneous catalysis has started and achieved preliminary results. 3. I got ´Docent´ in June 2015. Supported by the project, my research area has been broadened, leadership and collaboration ability have been trained.

Upplägg och genomförande

1. Mesoporous materials have been and developed as catalyst and drug carrier without modification. Microporous materials have been employed as catalysts after post-treatment. A novel open-framework germinate has been synthesized and its structure has been solved by combining TEM and RED. 2. The collaboration has been built up by structural studying and modification in MMK, and carrying out characterizations and catalytic tests in LCS. 3. My leadership has been trained by teaching, pedagogy courses, supervision, international conferences, and collaboration with other groups.
