Syfte och mål
The main idea of this project is to create a wider platform for the citizens that makes it possible to interact with governments and their associates. The project has defined a sustainable business model for the concept that could be carried out to the market, and accepted by a broad range of stakeholders in the participating countries.A small-scale working prototype has been launched.
Resultat och förväntade effekter
As oppose to traditional eGovernment services where the citizen rarely uses the service more than once or twice pr. Year (or even in a lifetime) the Citizen eHub will be used by all family members on a day-to-day basis. It can be characterized as an ´Activity Center´ or the ´Family calendar´.By providing a more solid infrastructure for eServices the government will be able to improve citizen services by sharing processes with other governments, service providers external partners etc.
Upplägg och genomförande
The mission in call 1 has been carried out by a team consisisting aof members from 4 countries. The team has been represented by team members with great experience in the field. Meetings have taken place in respective countries to get all different needs included in the project. Technical development has been made to achieve a working prototype.
