Viktiga resultat som projektet gav
Aim - develop the ability of innovation throughout Sweden and to provide support to food related companies. We have initiated 9 innovations nodes together with partners. The work has been part of realizing the goals of the Swedish National Food Strategy. To co-develop the innovation ecosystem we have brought actors together by developing new tools and methods for incubation and innovation. These have been published on a digital platform for access. We have also developed a concept for digitalization of the food community and applied a tool to map the companies’ innovations capabilities
Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas
With the innovation nodes and collaboration throughout Sweden, we have created a network with SISP’s members and university’s. This strengthens the innovation-ecosystem for food-innovation. Also, by relating the food area to other industry areas for cross-border collaboration has strengthening it. The new tools and methods has enhanced the capabilities for collaboration between small and large companies. Within the project collaboration between a number of food innovation environments internationally has also strengthening Sweden’s position as a food innovation country.
Upplägg och genomförande
Development and cooperation for creating New tools and methods, A digital platform for knowledge sharing, New innovation nodes and Digitization for the food community have been done by engaging in strategic dialogues with partners to identify challenges from companies and or from society. Collaborations, combining knowledge and expertise, were formed to solve the challenges and develop solutions. This method of working, with challenge driven and open innovation, has made it possible to be agile when it comes to working with the challenges and to approach them in a dynamic way.
