Viktiga resultat som projektet gav

Hackathon challenges were across 3 major topics - EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF POWER & INFLUENCE, EQUAL DISTRIBUTION OF HOUSEWORK & UNPAID CARE, GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE (GBV). Several teams were shortlisted after initial application reviews, and an esteemed and independent judging panel used numerical evaluation combined by selective industry and technology specific criteria to select top 3 winners for all challenges combined. Cash prizes were distributed.

Upplägg och genomförande

The challenges were further broken down into various sub-categories for problem definition and solution evaluation, across - Gender-based discrimination at Work, Gender pay inequality, Reduced opportunities for advancement, Unpaid care work and Womens´ economic empowerment, Unpaid care and social isolation, mental health vulnerabilities, Technology facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TF-GBV), Partnership with Support Service Providers.
