Viktiga resultat som projektet gav

The objective of this project was to accelerate the time to market by building a go-to-market strategy for the equestrian industry and simultaneously develop a fully functional prototype that is rigorously tested and validated in actual user scenarios.

Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas

The project has been successful & enabled us to conduct real-world demos with high-impact customers in order to demonstrate the value proposition. This concluded in VectorizeMove signing letter of intents with pilot customers such as trainers, riders and farriers in Sweden! This activity is ongoing as VectorizeMove is starting to build a strong proof-of-market. This has also led to starting discussions with serious investors to take VectorizeMove to the next phase and plan a market launch of the product in EU in Q3-Q4 2020.

Upplägg och genomförande

The 1st part of the project was to create a functional prototype which was done by working together with hardware experts. We built new prototypes and immediately tested their feasibility by doing field tests. The equestrian experts in VectorizeMove´s core team also helped with crucial design input. The pricing model and the preliminary go-to-market strategy was done by thorough conducting user interviews and efforts to try & compute the short & long-term effects of value propositions. Due to the complexity of the equestrian system, we limited the scope to Sweden and few stakeholders.
