The project improved our commercial readiness, sharpened our pitch, and deepened understanding of VC expectations for early-stage companies.
Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas
Long term, the project is expected to accelerate Intelligyn’s path to market by strengthening commercial capability, improving prioritisation, and increasing investor alignment. The network and exposure gained in Sweden, Europe, and the US, including Silicon Valley, support future growth and international competitiveness.
Upplägg och genomförande
I recommend starting the programme in Silicon Valley to build engagement early. Online attendance varied, and I think in-person exposure first would have helped. Swedish teams should be reimbursed equally to other countries. Many researchers are new to commercialisation, so having one commercially-focused member early would improve outcomes. A visit to Stanford Medicine at the start would show how naturally research and commercialisation align in the US.
