Eurostars promotional call between Sweden, Republic of Korea and Finland

With this offer we want to stimulate co-operation between Sweden, Republic of Korea and Finland. Although Eurostars2 calls are open for projects within all technology areas, this promotional call focuses on Smart Mobility, Smart Industry, Circular Economy, Smart Health and Smart Energy.

The offer in brief

What can you apply for?

Collaboration projects in all fields of technology led by an R&D-performing small or medium sized enterprise (SME). Project should be planned for 24-36 months.

Who can apply?

SME´s, academia and large companies. The project´s main partner must be an R&D-performing SME.

How much can you apply for?

For the Swedish side of the project maximum 5 million kronor, according to the national Eurostars rules for Sweden (Vinnova).

Matchmaking in Rotterdam

Dutch innovation agency RVO hosts a Eurostars matchmaking event October 4, a side event of Dutch innovation expo 2018. The Eurostars event is hosted by RVO in collaboration with Vinnova, KIAT and Business Finland, as well as with EEN. A Korean delegation with SMEs will be present.

R&D performing Swedish small and medium sized companies (SME) can send in an application for travel grant for the Eurostars match making event in Rotterdam October 4. R&D performing SME´s can apply for maximum 10 000 kronor. A grant may cover travel costs such as tickets and hotel. A grant may not cover costs for personal, indirect costs (overhead) or other direct costs. Last day to apply is September 21.

Project outline

As an option the Main Partner (always an SME) from Sweden, Republic of Korea or Finland may send in a project outline to the National Project Coordinator (NPC) of each country, latest 31 Nov 2018. Vinnova, KIAT and Business Finland will in return send comments to the Main Partner as feed-back on the project outline.
