Idea inspiration in municipalities
Unleashing the innovative power of all employees in the public sector is crucial if we are to meet the major societal challenges we face. But how do we get a more creative workplace where employees' ideas are taken advantage of and used in the business?
A prerequisite for creative workplaces is that we create a climate that stimulates innovation. This can be done by developing processes, structures and regulations that promote, support and reward individuals who have ideas for solutions to identified needs. People who want to run these further. This is what Idéslussar in municipalities is all about; to be able to take advantage of these people's ideas.
On this page, we tell about various project where more than 50 municipalities are involved around Sweden, individually or in collaboration with other actors, who are working to develop their innovative capacity. Vinnova co-finances the project during 2016-2019 and together with the Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions (SKL), we spread knowledge and results from these Idéslussar.
