Purpose and goal

The aim and aim of the project is to develop an innovative three-part solution where small and medium-sized municipalities are given the opportunity to strengthen their operations through radical innovation and innovative thinking. Through the project, through a new way of working with new technology, innovation and simulation tools, we want to contribute to the development of the public sector to make it more forward-looking, innovative, attractive and global.

Expected results and effects

The end result and expected effects are that the project enabled innovations and a new type of collaboration between small and medium-sized municipalities, which led to sustained sustainable welfare for a lower tax and with more robust municipalities and an international network of municipal hubs.

Planned approach and implementation

At this first stage, potential partners have been contacted. We have had meetings and workshops with several of our partners. At the next stage of the project, deeper collaborations will be initiated to realize the project´s purpose.
