Purpose and goal
The goal of the project is to provide our customers with a portal for coaching and to make work more fun for our users through different types of games. We have finished the first game mode and received very good response from our customers. The "Digital Coach" has not been released to our customers yet, but we have come a long way and are very pleased with how the plan looks forward. We are expected to release the communication part of the tool in the near future, which will create completely new conditions in coaching for our customers.
Expected results and effects
The result of the project is beyond expectations and we are very pleased with the results we managed to create during the project period. Our expectations for the project are met and even though we would like a "Digital Coach" in place, we have come a long way in the building and we have a clear picture of how to proceed.
Planned approach and implementation
The upturn and implementation have worked well during the project. We have spent a lot of time planning /evaluating where we have been very responsive to our customers to ensure that the project provides the right functionality for those who will use the functionality in the end.
