Important results from the project

The project has met set targets 1. Beach head markets for nagoon were identified and mapped. Interviews with stakeholders from these markets as well as a workshop have been performed in where opportunities and needs and well as technical and organizational barriers were identified and discussed. 2. A mapping of nagoon´s intangible assets has been carried out with the help of external experts.

Expected long term effects

1. Beach head segments were identified. 2. We now have a clear overview of how customers can implement nagoon in thier offerings, which in turn have resulted in a changed prioritization regarding product development and what market segments are targeted. 3. Methods for the protection of intellectual property rights are now put in place. 4. A concrete plan for which existing IPRs should be protected and how. Overall, this is expected to lead to better use of limited resources and an accelerated market uptake.

Approach and implementation

The project was successfully completed. The one slight hiccup was that the project was in part performed during summer vacation time, which led to some changes in the schedule. Interviews with stakeholders led to a large number of concrete insights and the workshops that were performed together with some of the stakeholders identified during theese interviews further consolidated these insights and how they change nagoons overall strategy. Cooperation with both external specialists and customers has worked beyond expectations and continues after the conclusion of the project.
