Important results from the project
The goal of the project: IoT Sverige should be well-known in all relevant sectors, primarily in Sweden, through good communication and effective utilization of SALAR´s channels and resources. The goal has been partially achieved - The sector´s knowledge of IoT Sweden has increased with the help of SALAR. Through the project, IoT Sweden has been featured in many of SALAR´s channels, but there is still a need to increase the knowledge of more of Sweden´s municipalities and regions. IoT Sweden has been featured at several of SALAR´s conferences and also via webinar broadcast from SALAR.
Expected long term effects
Through SALAR´s channels, more municipalities and regions have gained knowledge of IoT Sweden, which can be seen through; 1. County councils / regions and municipalities have become parties to IoT Sweden 2. Local authorities know IoT Sweden and / or know the projects. 3. People at SALAR use IoT Sweden´s projects as examples in their presentations. 4. Interest from municipalities and municipalities outside the metropolitan areas to hear more about the projects and the new announcement. Expected Effects: Several municipalities enter the projects and gain knowledge of IoT Sweden
Approach and implementation
The project was implemented by a staff member at SALAR having a workplace at SALAR and IoT Sverige. Through this solution, the person has become a natural part of both workplaces, thus gaining a good insight into what is happening in both places, which gave greater exchange between organizations than in traditional cooperation. The person has also visited IoT Sweden´s major projects. Through the regular visits, the coordinator has gained deeper insight in the projects and more opportunities to find different synergies.
