Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project was to investigate the market conditions for before product launch.
Expected results and effects
For 7 months, we have visited fairs, conferences and customers together with our commercial partners to scan the market, present our product and interview potential customers. Through this intensive work, we have made many new and important contacts. We also have a detailed picture of the market and how customers perceive new concepts and products. To gather further information, we have also studied the solar cell market annual reports. We feel that after this project we are very well equipped for the upcoming product launch.
Planned approach and implementation
We wanted to get as good a picture as possible of how potential customers look at new concepts and products as well as chart the market and competing products. We took advantage of our commercial partner who has many years of experience in sales in the solar cell market. We decided to visit the three biggest fairs and conferences together where the most interesting customers gather. These events are perfect for finding out what´s happening on the market, interviewing potential customers and even competitors. All this information is gathered in a document attached to this rapport.
