Purpose and goal
The project has been designed to evaluate opportunities around the most critical part of an insurance claim to identify which insurances might cover an injured person. Our aim has been to build a technical solution that identifies all possible opportunities to find an insurance that may apply.
Expected results and effects
After the project´s implementation, we already have the best digital solution for an insurance claim in the market. Expected effects is that future developments will be more scalable, given a very robust architecture. Finally, it will mean that we can create a time-efficient and flexible customer experience in an otherwise very analogue and slow-moving industry.
Planned approach and implementation
The plan was to identify shortcomings with our current architecture given our project aim. In connection with this, functional requirements have been formulated by the project manager with the help of advisors and customers. Through a continuous iterative process during the project, we have built a technical solution approved by all stakeholders.
