Purpose and goal
Aims of the projects are met: The purpose was validation of the Oncoalgorithm product form three standpoints: Business, regulatory and technical. All three aspects have been confirmed as positive. In addition, the product will be ready for launch during 2018, we have increased the number of customer contacts, and we have secured a first paying customer.
Expected results and effects
The project has confirmed business models and regulatory models as sustainable, and has confirmed the technicla function. The product is used in parallel with the existing Stockholm3 workflow at the university hospital laboratory, and results are continuously compared to generate evidence that our product works exactly as intended (which it does so far on the first several hundreds of cases, but we need a few thousands of cases to close the case).
Planned approach and implementation
In addition to work on business models and regulatory review, we implement our product in parallel with the Stockholm3 laboratory workflow. The project planning has been predictable, business develolpment and regulatory review has been complemented with a defensive implementation of novel technical modules in safety critical workflows: We implement parallel implementation and strict comparison of results to stay safe.
