Important results from the project

The purpose and goals of this project has been: - Test Vinden´s product and service on a considerable amount of users and customers in different segments - Understand the market and users better, in general - Enhance offerings and processes to enable future scaling and iterate on Vinden´s total offering. The aims and goals have been fulfilled with distinction. We conclude that the project has enabled us to confirm customer hypothesis and better understand how to continue building the company and offerings.

Expected long term effects

The projects expected effects and results have been to: - Perform test of current solution on customers and analyse the results in a way that enables further development - Expanded and developed customer offering and solution that corresponds well with customers wishes and expectations - Launched solution and offering to more new customers with a good reception The effects and goals have been fulfilled to a great extent that enables further development and expansion. Effects have been observed, but the extent to these are expected to increase in the future.

Approach and implementation

The project has been agile - like the rest of Vinden´s development - and the ambition has been to work as iteratively as possible based on customer feedback. De agile loop that has been iterated upon has consisted of these activities: - Test current version of product and serviceoffering on customer and users - Analyze feedback - Develop solution according to feedback and analysis - Restart iteration At the end of the project a more in depth analysis has been performed to look to the horizon and attempt to draw more farreaching conclusions about the future.
