Purpose and goal
The goal of FAS 2 in the project is to develop the beta version of the churned.io, validate it with users, and conduct an in-depth market- as well as IPR analysis. Due to increased technical complexity, the goals have only been partially achieved. However, it is not uncommon to encounter technical challenges in developing complex software platforms like this.
Expected results and effects
During the project we have received further feedback and lessons learned how the service should be designed for it to have the best possible commercial conditions. Further development will be required to validate the beta version of the service.
Planned approach and implementation
The project was divided into four work packages. The work package on market-related aspects & IPR has deepened knowledge about customer needs, confirmed the willingness to pay for our solution and optimized business model. We have encountered additional questionnaires about your solution and the new regulations for the new data protection regulation GDPR. The remaining work packages are mainly development work where we have encountered some technical challenges. These have been analyzed and we have found solutions which require more development than planned.
