Important results from the project
The objective and goal of this project is together with our development partners develop the service´s entire communication chain in order to test verify the service values
Expected long term effects
The result of the project has resulted in an MVP that enabled testing and validation of the service for our partners. The MVP has also helped us to link new stakeholders to the project where new integration projects are planned during the spring.
Approach and implementation
At the start of the project, a beta version of the bidding process was already in place without connection to the bank. The focus in this project has been to build an understanding and describing how a possible integration can take place against to the bank´s system, in which also legal requirements and the bank´s own requirements are met. The majority of the project consisted of workshops with relevant parties in order build an integration strategy that meets the set requirements intitally setup in the project. This strategy naturally became our map for the technological development.
