Funding from Vinnova SEK 3 500 000
Project duration December 2013 - May 2016
Status Completed

Purpose and goal

Aims and objectives have been met by the project as a collaborative organization, strategies and action plans have been developed and anchored and resolved by the direction. Work has taken place close to core activities related to research and education strategy. This has led to an improved establishment of collaboration work within our Academies and an approval and dialogue with regional and national actors.

Results and expected effects

The collaboration works closer with the daily operations, leading to a better legitimacy within the University. Our collaboration activities are structured after a strategy. All three perspectives of the knowledge triangle are integrated into the collaboration activities, although work remains in regards of innovation. The University is more recognized as a regional player. In addition more collaborative activities have been highlighted and the communication of this aspect is improved.

Approach and implementation

Due to various circumstances, the organization was set before strategy and action plans were finished. It had been preferred to work with the strategy before the organization, but corrections may be done afterwards. It´s been positive to work closely with core business in order to improve work with external partners to increase interest for collaboration. The extended project has focused on student involvement, collaboration communication, external dialogue and integration of cooperation.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
