Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to validate the market for Stidner Complete. The goal was to conduct market tests by customers, suppliers and stores as well as to draw up agreements for freight suppliers. We have successfully completed market tests to prove that the technology works, the target group is right and our business model is in place. We have also developed and signed an agreement with freight suppliers.
Expected results and effects
The result of the project is that we are now ready to implement a successful launch. Thanks to the market verification, we know that we have the right product, to the right audience at the right price. This allows us to concentrate on selling and developing the business further. In the nearest future, we will primarily work with marketing and sales and technology development will focus on simpler updates.
Planned approach and implementation
We started by ensuring that the technology was ready to be implemented at our first test store and that we had an agreement with a first test supplier to complete the process. After successful first test, we went on to scale up the number of test stores and suppliers. The focus was to bring in a large number of test stores so that we could get qualitative data about how the buying process worked live and thereby prove the business. Our believe that this was a sucessful way o go, we recieved very good data that we can have developed further.
