Purpose and goal
Create a new digital platform for using LinkedIn, Homepage, Twitter and Instagram, as well as create a strategy and model for sales using social media. Working out a presentation for investors and a new pitch deck. Start collaboration with IPM companies on the top 10 list. Have meetings with companies on the top 50 list of companies that have the most patent applications via the USPTO.
Expected results and effects
Established contact with several companies on the top 300 list for most patent applications in the United States, had meetings with several patent agencies on the US Top 50 list, Initiated collaboration with one Innovation Platform Management (IPM) system on the top 10 list in the United States.
Planned approach and implementation
We hade a review of our business model as well as organsiation by the mentors in the program. We explored networks and built relationships through Nordic Innovation House and their vast pool of contacts. We gained an understanding of the US market through lectures, workshops and organized events.
