Purpose and goal
The TINC program proved to be an incredibly elaborate program with a maximum of purposeful leadership. We are very impressed with the quality of the program in terms of mentors, lecturers as well as access to a vast network within the industry. The program is consistently results-oriented and directly applicable to the participating companies´ business.
Expected results and effects
During the four weeks, we have developed our business strategies in a very satisfactory manner and we are now in a much better position than before the program. The single most important effect of the program is that we streamlined our business to more quickly establish a strong position within a defined area. We believe that the likelihood of success has increased markedly as a result of our participation in TINC.
Planned approach and implementation
During four weeks we worked from the world´s tech hub Silicon Valley, where we had access to mentors who helped us get closer to our goal. With weekly mentoring sessions we have worked purposefully to execute the strategies we have discussed before every follow-up session, which has meant that the pace of development has been enormously high.
