Purpose and goal

We have gained a better understanding of what is required for an international expansion. This will definitely help us with both future expansion and fund raising. The goal we set to identify a scalable Product/Market Fit and a for distribution and sale on the international market is considered to be partially met. However, via the programme we now have knowledge and tools to work with these issues on a continuous basis. The goal of formulating an attractive investor is definitely fulfilled.

Expected results and effects

The TINC programme resulted in a partially upgraded and verified business model. It has been a valuable starting point for the next stage in our growth on the international market and has set the foundation for the next step in our efforts to bring in additional capital to the company. We expect that this will lead to scalable international expansion and that we will attract additional capital.

Planned approach and implementation

We had one person in Silicon Valley and had Skype meetings with the rest of the organization at home every second day. It was a necessity in order to have continuity and transparency, but laborious due to workload and time difference. We developed our business model continuously and tested it on mentors, other people we interviewed, as well as with customers at home. Very useful Demoday and the VC-pitch was extremely useful. It was a motivating milestone and the preparation, presentation and feedback were extremely rewarding.
