Purpose and goal
1. Faster sales - Shorten enterprise sales cycles 2. Scaling business - Gain experience from people scaling businesses 3. Venture capital - Understand funding in the US
Expected results and effects
1. Faster sales - We learnt that there is no need to shorten enterprise sales cycle, unless there is a cash problem 2. Scaling business - Great toolbox brought back to Sweden, currently under implementation in the company 3. Venture capital - Learning that funding in the US require building relationships over long time.
Planned approach and implementation
Successful participation in the TINC-program, including kick-off in Oslo + 4 weeks in Palo Alto / San Francisco. Great joint initiative by Vinnova and Innovation Norway. All participants recommend the program, which gained an NPS of 100 points during the evaluation.
