Important results from the project

The purpose was for us to learn how start-ups work in Silicon Valley and evaluate how our offer can fit the US market. We learned very specially that we are not ready to launch our offer in the US but also what will be required for us when we will launch Prindit in the United States. We learned a lot from the mentors and met potential customers in the United States, resulting in a new offer we have sold on the Swedish market today.

Expected long term effects

Our concrete result was a new application and a new way of thinking about our business model. Our new application can be described as a merging of three different applications that we had earlier. At the same time, our business model is based on the fact that we will work together with different partners. These partners may be consulting companies who are skilled at coaching leaders and developing organizations.

Approach and implementation

The design of the TINC program was excellent. We especially liked that the team behind TINC continually evaluates and makes changes to create as good a program as possible. We had a particular benefit from getting to know the other start-up companies, the staff connected to the TINC program and the mentors. We also got to get in touch with different companies in Silicon Valley early and pitch our offer. This was very helpful and forced us to think in new directions both concerning how we present our offering and also our business model.
