Three-dimensional multilayer structures for the next generation of high performance textile products

Purpose and goal

Quintex combines research and development of a new weaving process enabling the development of resource-efficient and high-tech manufacturing processes. The described project is part of a larger development project and is designed to prepare the process for a future commercialization by preparatory activities and market feasibility study on the technology. The goal of this project is to establish customer relations in the areas of sound absorbers and wheelchair cushions and to perform an industrial validation of the process.
