Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The impact goals that the project addresses are primarily an increased equality and gender equality with a focus on livelihood. The result from the initiation phase is an analysis as well as a first prototype of the service to be offered. In theory, the solution is scalable, which existing labor market services are not. This leads to scalability as well as accessibility, which increases the target group´s chance of establishing itself in the labor market.

Planned approach and implementation

The implementation of the initiation phase has largely followed the planned process according to the proposal for step 1. Through the project group meetings, internal and external workshops, prototype work and tests of the prototype with the target group, the initial project idea has been further developed.
