Purpose and goal

The aim of the project was to further develop SIQ´s Model for customer-oriented business development. A further developed model is a support for Swedish organizations in its sustainability-oriented business development for increased community benefits, growth and competitiveness. The project has involved more than 130 experts and researchers, enabling the development of the SIQ Management Model and its accompanying manual, launched on January 22, 2018, via the SIQ website, https://www.siqmodell.se/

Expected results and effects

Already two weeks after the launch of the SIQ Management Model, over 1000 people / organizations downloaded the model and the manual from the SIQ website, which is determined to have a significant impact on sustainability-oriented business development within Swedish organizations. The Swedish Quality and Quality Award Better School 2018 and beyond will be implemented with the new SIQ Management Model as a base. Planned approach and implementation

Given the model of prototype developed, the model has been refined and tested in five different types of organizations. The validation of the model has been successful and verified that it is so general that it works in all types of businesses. In total, over 130 experts and researchers have contributed to the development of the SIQ Management Model, which is launched free of charge through the SIQ website. A manual has also been developed to support the model, and some release materials in the form of movies and other have been developed at the expense of SIQ.
