Project duration | December 2014 - December 2015 |
Status | Completed |
Purpose and goal
The project set out to analyze how programmes for collaboration between different activities (education, research, valorization) are absorbed by universities. The project results - based on in depth analysis of application calls and applications - indicate that universities tend to respond actively but somewhat mechanically to calls and to shape activities according to (perceived) expectations
Results and expected effects
See above - we highlighted in a report (authored by S Bankler Jukes) how universities interpreted and acted upon a call from Vinnova. Effects are interpreted as on future programme deign by Vinnova, but also a more detailed and profound study of the knowledge triangle and how different activities within universities intersect, and how they may be best supported and embedded.
Approach and implementation
The project consisted in in-depth document analysis of application calls and applications in two rounds.
