Purpose and goal
The project works with the development and implementation of methods to communicate health care outside hospital to patients in their home environment. We work interdisciplinary with the development of technologies, practices and care flows to enable wider use of telemedicine in contact between health services and patients in their home environment. The aim is to individualize of the treatment, improving patient quality of life and the efficiency of hospital resources and protect patient safety.
