Purpose and goal

Wiotech AB has been established within Lead Incubator in Norrköping since January of 2013. An external CEO has been employed to drive the planned activities since mid February 2013. The company´s homepage is published at www.wiotech.se. Marketing and Promotion material, such as a brochure, promotional folder and a roll-up poster are designed and printed. In short, Wiotech as a commercial company is functioning today with its own products and customers.

Results and expected effects

1) To establish WIOTECH AB within Lead Incubator--done. 2) Business plan (1, 2, 3, 5, 10 years)--done. 3) Company homepage--done. 4) Recruit key personnel--CEO employed since February 2013. 5) Production chains (small/medium volume in Sweden, but large volume in China)--contacted 3 manufacturer in Sweden and one in China. 6) Customer support from WIOTECH´s office--done. 7) Service model for wireless monitoring, alarm and control--cloud service via www.culturebee.se. 8) Delivery of 110 units to the first customer--done with good results. 9) At least one more customer--done.
