Purpose and goal
The goal of the project within the framework of Vinnova - Social Innovation Step 1 was to test our hypothesis with the target group that it is possible that we can create and support a flow from inspiration on eg Youtube, Instagram and Snapchat, to activation via challenges, because they then take the step to try out an activity locally in an association. This goal has been met as we have been able to test and also co-develop the solution with the young people themselves. They have also added some components to the solution that we have now incorporated into our MVP.
Expected results and effects
We have achieved the results we wanted, namely to get a clear picture of the flow, whose content we have also developed and tested with the target group. We also have a clear picture of our MVP, which we also started work on developing. We will launch our solution on April 15 together with partners such as the Cultural School in Stockholm City, the Swedish Volleyball Association, Sollentuna Volleyball, IFK Stocksund and Fryshuset and other Sports Association and administrations within community leisure for youth.
Planned approach and implementation
The research phase - Understand the relationship between youth and hobbies and what obstacles they saw before searching for a new hobby. Deep interviews with children and parents. Desktop research. Legal investigation. Concept & testphase - workshop with a whole class year 7 around the solution. New building blocks were added to the flow which have now been incorporated into the MVP. Different content bits have been developed and tested with the target group. Definition of MVP - Definition of key functions to be included in MVP and technical solution for first release.
