Purpose and goal

The main objective and goal of this Project has been to achieve a solid Project application (up-scaling of the Vinnova Project RoBoCoP) with a strong consortium for the KVA call inside EIT Raw Materials. The project has succeded very well, resulting in a strong application with a global consortium spanning both end customers (mines), product owners (rock reinforcement suppliers) and strong research capacity.

Expected results and effects

The expectations of this project has been to generate a strong project application to EIT Raw Materials with good chanes of being granted. The results is very good, resulting in a solid up-scaling Project application to the KAVA EIT Raw materials call submitted Before the deadline in th 31st of march 2017.

Planned approach and implementation

One of the main work in this Project has been to create a strong consortium that not only strenghten the Project itself but also take ito consideration the demands and values from EIT. This has been achived by contacting a large number of potetial partners to market the idea and to interview the industrial parnters regarding their expectations and wishes. During the later half of the Project focus has been lying on Writing the application and making a Project budget where all partners can contribute and be benefitial.
