Purpose and goal
The purpose of Rehappen is to help companies become sustainable by early detection of sick leave as a signal of ill health. We know that large companies have problems finding individuals and managers need technical IT- tools to work in. Rehappen wanted to do three things in the Vinnova project - 1. Test and validate the tool. 2. Perform pilot tests with customers and test customer journey 3. Develop protection for intellectual property. We have tested the tool with customers at 4 large companies in retail and industrial groups, received great feedback on the tool and the customer journey.
Expected results and effects
We have tested the tool on HR and managers and been able to deliver to the group management function with union representatives, received positive feedback from all who have used the tool Rehappen. We have had customer dialogues around legal issues, where we had professional support from lawyers financed by the Vinnova project. Intellectual property contracts are done. Customer journey has been tested and managers appreciate the Rehappen tool, which is easy to work with. We have proven that Rehappen provides new insights about sick leave and the corporate culture. 2 of 4 customers pay.
Planned approach and implementation
We have a documented model for the customer journey. From that we have learned that a) it takes time in large companies, b) competence needs to be strengthened - both tech and leadership c) managers finds it easy to get started with Rehappen d) Customer´s data sometimes is sometime disorganized e) need for international/executive overview d) our system strength is that we can handle all the different systems that exist in global companies. The tool has proved to be extra important in order to gain a consolidated overview across different companies´ solutions.
