Purpose and goal
The aims of the project have been fulfilled since we have identified how th coordination project best supports the sub-projects, stimulated and facilitated the communication between the sub-projects in order to maximize synergies, we have investigated and formulated common development activities. The goal of submitting a proposal for a coordination project has benn fulfilled.
Expected results and effects
The expected result was a proposal to Vinnova for a coordination project with the purpose of coordinating the individual subprojects of the final innovation project and also perform any necessary development activities and tasks common for all sub projects. This goal has been fulfilled.
Planned approach and implementation
The following activities have been executed: two coordination meetings with all sub-projects to support all sub-projects describe synergy potential between sub-projects formulation of common development activities formulation of coordinate deliverables for the innovation project identified risks for the innovation project and how to manage them identified communication channels and activities a proposal for the coordination project for BioEk2.0 project is submitted description of how the innovation project will contribute to the national goal on a fossil-free Sweden
