Purpose and goal
E-commerce makes it possible to perform direct sales without intermediaries. An e-commerce platform for Swedish high quality crafts does not exist today. KHVC organizes the majority of Sweden´s professional craft-makers. The project aims to divert part of their business to direct sales via the Internet. The aim is to increase sales and optimize profits through increased exposure and availability. KHVC wants to conduct a pre study in order to get a plan for how the organization creates a joint web-based, market place for exclusive craft products at a minimum cost to members.
