The purpose with the project was to do a marketing investigation in US with the goal to establish a Business plan Purpose and objective was achieved

Expected long term effects

Expect results was to get an understanding of the US CPQ market and what actions we need to do to establish Tacton in US. The final report gave a good picture of how Swedish CPQ suppliers are perceived in the US and what we need to focus on in order to establish Tacton in US We have started to implement the proposed actions / activities in the business plan.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented through both database research and interviews with potential customers and other stakeholders. We received many interesting comments from the interviews that gave us good advice how to improve our position in the US
