Purpose and goal
The purpose of this pilot program is to improve and develop the strategical management of IP in SME with female president.
Expected results and effects
About 60 companies with 50-249 employees and with female CEO shall, with the help of expert competencies, develop a strategy for managing the company´s intangible assets, or to develop their existing strategy. 43% goal achievement through distribution of 26 IP checks to 26 companies with female CEO who through this venture have strengthened their company´s ability and opportunities to grow.
Planned approach and implementation
The ambition has been to through existing and worked-up growth processes where we work close to companies to provide support and opportunities in the prospects of growth to be able to supplement and further strengthen this work through the allocation of IP checks. We have worked to convey the importance of having a business strategy for the company´s intangible assets that further strengthens the company´s opportunities for growth. The assignment has been more difficult than we assumed, even though female business executives often have a very good will to receive external expertise.
