Purpose and goal
The purpose and goal of the project is almost done. Due to other financing and development requirements, we have deviated from the original plan. No external investment in Asplund Data AB yet. Two large-scale companies are interested in the results and is the basis for further development of the product.
Expected results and effects
Expected results are a demo, and it is largely clear. Part of the demo software remains. All firmware is today implemented in an FPGA, and it means we have the whole development on a platform that later can be transferred to an ASIC. The development has passed different levels of circuit board layouts and the latest one we are currently working on will contain most of the functionality on one board.
Planned approach and implementation
In essence, two civil engineers have worked full time with my-IMI and focused on hardware development which now is stable. Collaboration with Unibap has provided a good atmosphere with similar techniques but completely different products. However, in October 2017, Asplund Data AB will move to its own premises and no longer work near Unibap AB.
