Purpose and goal
To create the conditions for further developing the ideas from MLOC +. This is fulfilled: Finding new customers for developing services, business forms and creating new networks. This is achieved.
Expected results and effects
he goals are achieved via; New application proposal called HiVest and through participation as part of the EU H2020 SIMS project.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has been reorganized several times due to unforeseen events such as parental leave, (new) decision-making scheme at large companies and that it was much more work to join as part of the EU H2020 SIMS than we initially realized. In the end, we have reached our goals. We also have a cooperation with another large mining company about a new joint project, which in some parts builds on the MLOC + ideas One lesson is that for large companies we need more long-term planning. We have also learned a lot about EU projects, EU portals, etc.
