Purpose and goal
The project has helped us take our first steps towards new markets and we have gained insight into the needs and problems. We have identified several strategic users / partners for our cooling system and decided to go a bit further with two of them and thus be able to focus our commercialization of two new markets (including one to test drive our developed prototype).
Results and expected effects
We´ve found users who get great benefits and added value from using our product, it improves their products. We have partnered with these! In connection with the completion of the project, we have expanded with one person and strengthened our expertise in IT / programming.
Approach and implementation
The project has followed the project plan. We contacted a patent agency and prospective users and attracted them with an ongoing Project to build a test system. Most people were interested and we received great insight into their needs. It was easy to choose the most interesting users and no problem telling others that we proceed with another application. Difficult is to identify suitable price levels. However, we now know that we can reduce manufacturing costs considerably. We supplied a system for testing by customer at the customer and we now wait for their test results!
