Purpose and goal

Results according to the project´s purpose: A model for leadership development are formulated and consist of the following parts: 3 blocks, UL (Defence College Developmental Leadership), study of an activity-based workplace, as well as tools and methods for development of e-governance in municipal sector. A method according Dataföreningen default e-Employees - dynamic competence assurance which can be adapted to the organization´s guidelines and requirements. A method of job-shadowing where the managers / leaders where managers serving in municipal transnational networks.

Results and expected effects

Method and functional description will be developed by mid 2014 and then in 2014 - 2015 implemented practically and include 300 leaders / managers: The goal is met in all areas. However, as implemented width training with the approval of a second pilot, and performing during 2015-2016 A pilot training is conducted with participants from the region of Halland The project delivers a report in September 2014 to SKL (Swedish Association of Local Authorities and Regions) Project all questions are answered and are in the final report.

Approach and implementation

First quarter of 2014 was carried out systematic work in the above four areas, Good examples, Success Factors, Facts and leadership in e-government in order to collect as much source material as possible. Booked trips at some successful agencies / companies in order to identify good examples at the forefront. The project visited Swedbank, Social Insurance Agency and the municipality of Nacka. The project has also studied Kungälv Municipality´s development office. Based on the facts, study, so work focused on the practical skills enhancement above called development program.
