Important results from the project

The project has given us info what kind of functionality that would be needed in a solution to make it useful/interesting for the potential end user. We have a general idea of how to develop and configure the solution so from that perspective we think that the purpose is fulfilled. We also wanted the project to generate information on which NUITEQ could take an desicion if to move on to a development project. The project gave us answers on all the initial questions but we need an order from a paying customer to take any desicion.

Expected long term effects

We got answers on our initial questions. We think that the project indicates that there is a need for described solution. We can see the need from municipalities, companies, the public. From the identified need of functionalities we also could generate a rough idea/sketch of the solution. NUITEQ could develop and deliver such a solution but need to look over their business model and routines when i comes to documentation och materials for education. During the project one company have showed interest, more that the others, in this kind of solution.

Approach and implementation

Our questions was devided into working blocks. Before each block was carried out by TR we had a debreifing where NUITEQ gave all info need to carry out the assigment. TR planned for themselfe how to handle each assigment and reported continiously about advances, results, problems. TR collected their results in a report as we call ´Tr rapporten´ (attached). TR also used the ´behovsidentifierarna´ for some of their assignments.
