Purpose and goal
The project - a preliminary study - has been aimed at clarifying a number of questions about an innovative visualization tool for the real estate industry. The goal has been to answer which customer benefits can be foreseen for the tool, as well as questions about data collection, interaction with users, partners for continued development and possible pilot projects.
Expected results and effects
The project work has resulted in a number of important knowledge-based conclusions that concern the real estate industry´s presumptive interest in innovation, customer benefit and future markets, technology and system development issues, risks and personal integrity, industry and finance partners, as well as possible pilot projects.
Planned approach and implementation
Methods used in the preliminary study include analysis of questions raised by interviews with relevant persons / organizers, internal workshops, work on presumptive design of visualization aids, followed by synthesis and report making.
