Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project is to implement, demonstrate and evaluate innovative solutions for the management of parking and mobility at the Norra Djurgårdsstaden urban development and regeneration area in central Stockholm. Traditional planning regulation through parking standards is to be replaced by a ´floating´ standard and a market driven approach. The exact level of the floating standard will depend on the developers ambition and willingness to provide new types of mobility solutions (e.g. car club provision and membership) as an integrated part of their development.
