Purpose and goal

The goal of the pilot study was to create a picture of how the need looks for a common idea hub. This is based on a market analysis, a needs analysis and resource analysis. Such a picture has emerged during the work and we now know how we want to work on. We have in the study have confirmed that the identified, two great challenges of municipal services and competence supply are really big challenges. During the activities that we conducted, we have constantly returned to these, as well as the importance of working with them.

Expected results and effects

We have in the study seen that there is a need of a joint idea hub between the municipalities. We have a clear picture of how we want to work on the different analyzes carried out in the study. We see a great need for an implementation project to enable the introduction of a idea hub. We see the implementation of the project as a natural and important extension of the work of the pilot study.

Planned approach and implementation

We have conducted a situational analysis, a needs analysis and resource analysis, and worked actively in the working group and steering committee. We have seen how they work in other places and have embraced the work there. We have seen how the needs of the municipalities look and it points to the need for cooperation on these issues. We have been able to demonstrate the resources available today, including continuous improvement and how we will continue working with them.
