Innovation weeks Brazil

Purpose and goal

U&We is a consultancy comprised of 13 consultants, working with sustainability-driven business development. For 24 years we have helped companies, municipalities and organizations improve their environmental and sustainability performance. Over the years we have had collaboration and exchanges with Brazil, not least through the Vinnova project C/O City. The goal of participating in Vinnova´s Innovation Week in Brazil is to be able to strengthen and develop networks and contacts with actors in Brazil primarily, but also to develop contacts with participating Swedish actors.

Expected results and effects

Expected results are to strengthen and develop the network and contacts with actors in Brazil primarily, but also to develop contacts with participating Swedish players. By attending events and seminars in Brasilia, Fortaleza and Porto Alegre, we consider this to have been a successful trip.

Planned approach and implementation

Although all meetings are important, our participation in the innovation seminar in Brasilia is especially so. Through our attendance, we now have connected with more and new Brazilian actors, but also to improve our understanding of their work. A positive side effect was getting to know the accompanying Swedish actors, as well as the Embassy, better. These are very relevant contacts for a small company like us to have for our future work in the country, as they can assist us in creating new contacts and further possibilities..
